Cancellation Policy

Life happens—I get it! To ensure fairness and respect for both my time and yours. A retainer is required to secure all appointments. This retainer goes toward your service total. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of your deposit. If you miss your appointment without notice (same-day no-show), a fee of 50% of the service cost may be charged. This helps cover the time reserved specifically for you. I appreciate your understanding and support! These policies allow me to serve all of my clients with the care and attention they deserve.
